ERSM's commitment to its human team
ERSM Insurance Brokers is committed to the direct and indirect environment of the business activity. For years, its commitment has gone beyond compliance with legislation.
Corporate Social Responsibility affects all areas of the company's business, as well as all geographical areas where the activity is carried out.
Thus, at ERSM we have implemented actions in the labor, social, environmental and economic fields. The company's commitment increases year after year with society and the environment that surrounds it.
Work-life balance
We have concentrated the working hours and implemented flexibility in the entry time with the aim of contributing to the well-being and personal life of our team. We have also implemented teleworking days. And in summer, the intensive office hours.
Gender equality
Historically, at ERSM there has never been discrimination based on gender identity or sexual orientation. Currently, more than half of the team are women. And the average seniority is 8.7 years.
Training
Each person on the team has access to an online training platform, with a range of courses related to their work specialty. In addition, we facilitate access to other courses taught by organizations in the sector.
Flexible Compensation
We have made available to the entire human team to buy from the gross salary restaurant tickets, public transport, health insurance and/or savings, nursery service,... with which they get a decrease in personal income tax and thus an increase in the total available liquid.
Team Building
Periodically, we organize events to improve the cohesion of the entire team. Thanks to Team Building, we improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the work team, strengthen trust and motivation.

Foundation
Grupo SIFU
ERSM Insurance Brokers annually contributes an economic amount to the SIFU Foundation, which aims to promote and encourage the social integration and labor insertion of people with disabilities. Thanks to the ERSM solidarity golf tournament, we managed to increase the annual contribution to SIFU.
Organization
Red Cross
We collaborate with the Red Cross in its actions aimed at helping the most vulnerable. Specifically, we are committed to providing vulnerable families with personal consumer goods such as hygiene or food. And we promote the collection of toys in the campaign of the night of Reyes.
