At ERSM Insurance Brokers, we take your privacy seriously. Therefore, the first time you contact us via WhatsApp, you must agree to allow us to communicate with you through this channel in compliance with data protection.

Client Identification

After accepting data protection, and in compliance with regulations, it is our obligation to identify that the person contacting us is a client and, therefore, can access information and manage their policies.

To verify this, as a client, you will receive a code to the email address we have registered in our database. The bot will ask you to enter the code so that we can identify you.

Main Menu

Once identified, you will access the main menu. You must access the option you need:

Your policies: You can choose to have a list of your policies, request a copy of a policy, request the green card, change the direct debit of a receipt, request a change of address of the policyholder, change a vehicle, cancel a policy, among other options.

Claims: You will access information on the status of your claim if you have one, and send documentation of the claim in progress. You can also report an incident in the event of an accident.

Receipts: You can pay a receipt, find out the status of a receipt, find out the renewal price of the policy, and request a duplicate of a receipt.

Get an insurance quote: If you want to take out a new policy, you can access price quotes or ask one of our agents to give you a quote.

Request a tow truck: If you need a tow truck because your vehicle has suffered an incident/accident, in this option we will provide you with the roadside assistance telephone number of your insurance company so that you can request help.
