ERSM Insurance Brokers

In compliance with the provisions of Royal Decree-Law 3/2020, of February 4, which regulates the distribution of insurance, and specifically in its Art. 173, we provide you with the information and request the authorizations that are stated below:

1 - ERSM INSURANCE BROKERS CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS S.A.U. has its registered office in Madrid, Calle Princesa, nº 31, 3ª, as well as its Main Office in Calle Nicaragua 50, in 08029-Barcelona.

2 - This brokerage is registered with the identifier J-0290 and RJ-0090 in the administrative register of mediators of the Directorate General of Insurance and Pension Funds (Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation), where the aforementioned registration can be verified.

3 - We do not have any direct or indirect participation in the share capital or voting rights of any insurance entity, nor does any insurance entity or company linked to them hold any participation in our share capital or any voting rights.

4 - We inform you that, if you wish to file any complaint or claim regarding our intervention as mediators, you can contact our Customer Service Department W2B Servicios Auxiliares de Gestión S.L., whose owner is Jorge Campos Moral, located at Calle Segundo Mata 1, planta 2, oficina 7, Pozuelo de Alarcón 28224, info@grupow2b.es, who has a period of two months to resolve it. We have at your disposal the operating regulations of the aforementioned Department adapted to current legislation.

5 - We are legally obliged to provide you, as part of our insurance mediation task, with objective and personalized professional advice on the type of insurance contract that suits your needs.

6 - The mediation of your policies will be carried out based on your information and data on the risk and coverage that are ultimately of interest to you. We remind you of the importance of reviewing the risk data, coverage and declarations contained in the policy conditions at the time and that, if you observe any error or divergence with respect to the agreed extremes and/or your request, please let us know immediately. There is a period of one month from the delivery of the policy to request its correction, after which the content of the policy will prevail.

7 - We inform you that for our mediation and intervention in the contracting and management of your policies we do not invoice fees to your charge, as our remuneration is already included in the insurance premium.

8 - Unless expressly revoked, you authorize us to transfer to the insurance companies, in your name, the communications that you send us, including those of contracting, modifying or terminating a policy; in these last cases, you must communicate it expressly. You also authorize us, as long as this assignment is not revoked, to send you offers and give you advice regarding new insurance contracts of your possible interest.

9 - In compliance with the provisions of current regulations on the protection of personal data, we also inform you of the following:

a. ERSM INSURANCE BROKERS CORREDURÍA DE SEGUROS Y REASEGUROS S.A.U. is responsible for the processing of your personal data for the purposes of managing the contractual relationship that binds us, maintaining regular communication with customers, complying with the legal obligations that are required in matters of money laundering.

b. We inform you that you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of treatment, portability and opposition as provided in the current regulations applicable in matters of personal data protection, as well as request any additional information about the processing of your personal data by us by contacting our data protection delegate by email addressed to protecciondatos@ersmgrupo.com, clearly identifying your request in any case.
